Norms and IT support
The main tasks of the Service are:
- Formalization of common rules and good practices as well as care of their diffusion, building and managing the necessary IT procedures.
- Promotion and maintenance of the management of the portal and the ticketing system.
- Responsibility for fulfilments relating to the processing and protection of personal data.
- Organization of the training of the staff of the Division and of the peripheral structures that deal with external funds.
The Service is transversal to the Project Management Service, and Progettazione Internazionale and Progettazione Nazionale services.
